• Build a pipeline of talent from Wisconsin colleges to the insurance industry, for both current and future needs.
• Work directly with colleges and universities at two consortium meetings per year.
• Participate in professional development at each consortium meeting.

• Participate in capstone networking events in both the winter and spring. Engage in comfortable conversations with interested future employees.
• Volunteer by getting your organization involved in campus outreach presentations and events statewide to engage students on the power of a career within the industry.
• Market your internship opportunities to our expansive college network of over 56,000 talented students and your entry-level positions to successful graduating seniors.
• Receive access to the resumes of determined students who express direct interest in a career within the industry for future internship programs or entry level positions.
• Teach curriculum and elective courses at the Summer Insurance Institute and attend several fun networking events. The Institute brings together the best & brightest students and educates them on careers within the sector.
• Invest in a successful organization that believes in strong evaluation and measurable results, which we continually report on to our stakeholders.
